The Eleanor on Rigsby is a completely refurbished 1930s Craftsman-style bungalow. Enjoy this peaceful and stylish centrally-located space with welcoming interiors complete with a comfortable queen bed. A desk and a large dining room table complete the dining area. The kitchen is amazing with full-size appliances, spices, coffee, cookware, bakeware, and a small table to sit at. The back deck & patio have a table, chairs, and BBQ, plus a front porch with chairs to enjoy our South Texas weather!
Good to know
This property was completely renovated in 2018. Several Rooms have the original wood shiplap, double-hung Marvin windows, and paneled interior doors for authenticity. If you choose to open the blinds up, the rooms fill with light, or in the heat of the summer close them part of the way to keep it cool. This property was intentionally designed with YOU in mind. We have a well-stocked kitchen, plenty of space to work, high-speed Wi-Fi, and Roku TVs. The Eleanor provides a relaxing and comfortable stay whether you choose two nights or two weeks.
Other Details to Note
What we do not allow: Parties, Smoking, or coloring of hair. We have had bad experiences so it's just not negotiable. If you smoke, we ask you to step away from the doors and windows. There is enough distance to do that. There is a door in the hallway that is locked off from the back portion of the house. You can see there is an entry on the driveway side. At present, we are not renting that area out so it is NOT occupied. We follow city ordinances and renting to separate parties is not within code ompliance. We have a ring doorbell at the front door to view the porch and street area. There is a Simplisafe alarm system, however there are NO cameras inside the property, as this goes against AirBnB policy.

This area of San Antonio is called Highland Park. It is a quaint area close to downtown and Interstate 10. There is a public school on the corner and many of the residents have lived in the area for years. We have nice neighbors and respect their area.
