The Eleanor is an adorable 1300 SF bungalow with 2 bedrooms/Den/2 bathrooms. That has been completely renovated inside and out. This charming home sleeps up to 6 comfortably. Bedroom 1 - Queen-sized bed Bedroom2/Den - Queen-sized sleeper with a gel mattress and a kitchenette Bedroom 3 - King-sized bed with adjoining bathroom. All bedrooms and living room have 40" Roku TVs connected to WiFi. The WiFi is high-speed AT&T Fiber. Beautiful deck and patio space. Plenty of on site Parking.

The Eleanor on Rigsby is a beautifully updated 1930s bungalow that boasts a clean, amenity-filled Kitchen with full-sized appliances including a 5-burner gas range, fridge with icemaker, and a dishwasher. There is plenty of cookware, bakeware, cooking accoutrements, a coffeemaker, and much more. Coffee, mini moo creamers, and spices are provided. There is comfortable seating in the living room with a loveseat & chair, a large dining room table with 6 chairs, and a den with a sofa sleeper & chair. There is also a desk with a stool in the Dining Area if you need to set up your laptop. There is a large porch to sit watching the day turn to evening, as well as, a back deck and adjoining patio that is sure to provide a Texas Backyard experience with BBQ and plenty of seating.

Other Details to Note

Our property is located in a suburban neighborhood in close proximity to downtown San Antonio. There area is lived in. There are cars, people, dogs barking, and some traffic noise. The home is well insulated and has dual pane windows to help muffle any outside disturbances. This is not a country setting with birds and wind. Please consider this when booking. The neighborhood is lively and the neighbors are great.

The Eleanor has a Schlage Encode Plus Keyless entry lock that is connected to AirBnB. Prior to your arrival, ABB will provide you (and me) with your 4-digit entry code. This allows a seamless check-in for each guest. It is timed for entry at 4 PM for check-in and automatically cancels the code at the 10 AM checkout. This also assures safety for guests.

Great place to stay. Very closed to riverwalk and the Pearl. The house is well stock and plenty space for the five of us to have a room w privacy. Will come back for sure! We love the location and the warm decorated home.

Marcella’s place is just what my family needed for our vacations in San Antonio. The house is beautiful and fully equipped. We were a family of six and fit perfectly on this two beds and one sofa bed. The kitchen was perfect during our stay and the backyard allow us to make a bbq. We loved this home and enjoyed the location as it is centric and near everything. The neighborhood is quiet. Market and grocery’s stores are close to the place. We would love to return to this home. Thank you Marcella, you are an excellent host.

An excellent place, stayed here for the best part of 3 weeks with family, and were very comfortable. Marcella and Monty were very helpful and accommodating. The house itself is very well-furnished and maintained and shows very few signs of its age! The neighborhood and neighbors were quite friendly too.

There are bus stops across the street at the major intersection. We are right off of Interstate 10 near Highway 37/281. Easy on, Easy off. Minutes to downtown, the Riverwalk, the Alamodome, and AT&T Center. Close proximity to major highways for ease to Sea World, Fiesta Texas, Hill Country and more!!
